This drawing set was developed for an office building in Edgefield, SC. These drawings were created as a base for future demolition plans. I viewed images taken at of the site and aerial images from Google earth to create drawings of existing conditions. I then worked alongside my project manager to note up necessary sheets. The project was completed with AutoCAD.

This development leasing set was completed for a land-lord in Clemson, SC. The complete set comprises of two overall plans, as well as eight individual unit plans for renting purposes. I travelled to the site to take measurements and record observations, and then drew all plans and put together each sheet for the client’s purposes. The project was completed with AutoCAD.
