PROFESSIONAL PROFILE I’m a flexible and innovative designer, who is passionate for problem solving and space planning. I believe that design is in the details. I am a fourth year student who is graduating in May 2018. I am seeking a career with a design team focused on either Hospitality, Commercial or Retail. Having professional experience, I have knowledge in all aspects of a project from preliminary sketches to FF&E selections, construction documents, as a well as final presentation. The goal of this project was to design a full-service advertising agency. The firm is very concerned with the health of the natural environment and the workplace. It strives to utilize environmentally friendly media and promote the overall preservation of the natural world. The goal was to create a new sustainable environment. While being influenced by Indonesian Rice terraces, the design focuses on cohesive circulation and a dynamic sense of unity. To heighten the level of sustainability, focusing on something that has a natural structure was very prominent in the design because it allows the curvature and movements make the space more purposeful.

MUSEUM OF MENTAL HEALTH

Since there are many types of mental disorders, it is impossible for someone to experience each and every single one of them. Within this museum guests are guided through space in a way that will allow them to gain an insight how each disorder makes an individual feel. The museum focuses on the process of diagnosing a mental illness; where it begins with simple and easy pathways and little to no complications. Eventually the space gradually becomes more and more intense with less direction and many diversions.

THE SOUND BOOKSTORE

Studying abroad in Rome, Italy, I had to design a bookstore in the fascist district of EUR. The Client is an Indie rock singer who wants to open up a musical bookstore. Using multifunctional containers, they facilate a collaborative music experience and a retail function. The containers help define the musical genres while the atmosphere changes on each floor as it goes higher. The gound floor is the loudest open space for a cafe, sales desk, top chart hits, what’s trending, and best selling books. The first and second floor consist of a theater, discover zone, lounge, and fusion boxes. These floors are meant to create social interaction through discovering new music. The third floor is the quietest space meant to be a place to read and listen to music alone. On this floor the containers act as seating nodes for relaxtion.

SENIOR CHILD MENTOR CENTER Teaming up with occupational therapy students, I designed a non-profit community center in a historic warehouse that serves both senior citizens and school-age pre-teens. The center is designed to promote senior/child relationships and bonding through the concept of progression. The spaces are organized by levels of intimacy and use of color. Focal walls of each space get darker as you move through the space, Using a scheme of oranges, blues, and grays to distinguish the progression of private to public.

SENSING PROGRESS This was a collobrative project with an architecture student where we designed sensory integration therapy space for children of Park Slope, Brooklyn. The center focuses on the use of occupational therapy that employs carefully selected sensory experiences and phyiscal interaction to enchance sensory integration in order to improve learning and quality of life. The result is a playspace that beckons children from many learning backgrounds to move, touch, look, listen, climb, explore and interact with their enivornment as it responds to them.

ADVANCE VISUALIZATION Learned digital modeling, rendering, and animation techinques with a focus on interior environments. Shown are the Farnsworth house, used Revit to model, 3d Max to render and Photoshop for Post production. In the rendering i wanted to create a autumn setting. The second project is the studio loft in Philadelphia, I made myself the client who wanted a loft to reflect my style if i were going to living in Philly.
