As a former student, I understand the importance of choosing the right place to live for your studies. University can be a rough time in a students life, but it can also be a time of new adventures, making memories, and the formation of lifelong friendships. Where you decide to live is the centerpoint of all these new milestones.

You’ve already made the tough choice; you decided where you are going to spend the next several years learning. Now it’s time to make the easiest choice of all. Students and parents - don’t worry - I’ve got your back! Agora Heights is a student oriented condominium geared in equal measure for studies and socialization. With the convienience of close transportation and the relief of all encompassing amenities, this condo has everything you could ever need. Saftey, comfort, sustainability, and socialization were the four concepts driving this design.

At Agora Heights, we understand the needs of today’s student. Our units are designed to provide a sense of home, offering sun-filled, spacious layouts that are perfect for studying, relaxing, and unwinding.
