Introduction

Al Nawras Island is a 59ha development currently located in Halat Al Bahrani Area in Abu Dhabi by DeveloperTurquoise Investment, LLC.

The development of Al Nawras Island is part of the vision driven to support and elevate Abu Dhabi to become a World Class Holiday Destination. It is a secluded Island retreat with state-ofthe-art facilities, BeachClub & and exlusive F&B destinations.

Role in the Project

Assesting design team for design developement.

Preparing the set of working drawings with all details.

Introduction

Rising from 60 stories tall this residential development lies near the Ras Al Khor Road overlooking Dubai Creek with panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa, Creek Tower to the northeast, and Downtown to the west.

Role in the Project

Preparing interior design detailed drawing package under the supervision of team leader.

Preparing schedule of finishes.

Categorizing and designing the types of kitchen within all the varities of units in 1,2,3&4BHK

Apartments and preparing kitchen detail drawings and Designing Reflected celing plans.

Introduction

Marina Walk is a mixed use developement project designed to treat the architecture as a natural extension of the scenery, making it a soulful get-away from busy city life.

Implementing the design and concept ideas/ presentation drawings given by principal architect.

Preparation of submission drawings and other documents for Authority approval.

Preparing architectural working/construction drawings for GFC.

Coordination of drawings with respect to structures, MEP, Infrastructure and other services.

Monitoring of construction on site with site engineers , vendors etc. Client meetings and vendor finalization.

The project is located in sector 16 B Greater Noida West, India.

Concept Design Evolution

The building is designed as free flowing organic shapes with each edge softened by greenery. It offers a seamless interaction with nature and minimizes the barriers between the built structure and the landscape which gives the project a luxury resort feel.

As an integrated part of existing district center, a plethora of which provide a local resource and the focal point for the communities they serve for generations.

The proposed project shall play a significant role in socioeconomic sustainability along with environmental sustainability.

Use of renewable energy such as solar energy.

Pollution and waste reduction measures, and the enabling of re-use and recycling.

Good indoor environmental air quality.

Use of materials that are non-toxic and sustainable.

Consideration of the environment during design, construction and operation.
