Graduation project : innovation center for robotics and technological hub.
concept satement : my project is the reaction to the new technology movement in the new capital where there 5 pillers of creaivity hybird in reconcilation with green river where the youth meet.
mission :
- integrate with green river and provuding spaces for gathering and sharing ideas .
2-support the EgypTion vision to be the place that support the innovation and has a creativity Environment .
3-showing how sustinable technology works which compatoble with the theme of green river CP2 part .
why robotics ?
the world will be changed and and we are close to fourth industrual revolution which depends mainly on robotics ,AI , 3D printing and blockchain technology which will affect the architecture field and the way of living and working in the future we to train youth to be more creative and more familiar with technology and current changes

Exploiting most of the area of the site to take advantage of the largest view that overlooks the Green River and the work of the podium block
Making the main entrances to the building from the main streets of the site and from the Green River
Discharging the podium mass into a series of courtyards and atrium to provide natural lighting and ventilation and increase the user’s integration with nature
Exploiting the podium roof as a violin for events and exchanging experiences between users and experienced people and using it to shade the podium facade by exiting a certain distance, especially on the southern facade
Making a horizontal movement path for each of the five blocks and connecting them through the third round of the podium
The formation of each block in a way that suits its function, but with the same Harorni, which gives that the building floats above the river and that the green river did not stop

SHORTLISTED IN THE DSS’20 AWARD ARCHITECTURE COMPITITION
group project concept :
The concept depends on the function of the residential unit and how it deals with the climate of the desert, the proposal has some of the treatments of the traditional Egyptian residential with the same pure shapes blocks.
Statement of the problem :
After the Coronavirus pandemic and quarantine, we found that the home has become the one and only place to do many daily activities, and our perceptions
of the home have changed as well as our needs for new spaces have emerged so that we can adapt to the pandemic. Also, The Nile valley became overcrowded by people and in such circumstances of the new laws of buildings and along the line of urban expansion we should start reclaiming our desert and create human settlement in the desert where people can live and find their needs.
PROJECT BRIEF
THIS PROJECT HAS DESIGNED ALONG THE LINES OF EGYPTIAN TRADITIONAL ARCHITECTURE IN ADDITION TO SOME OF MODERN TECHNOLOGY TO MAKE A SETTLEMENT HAS THE CHARACTERISTICS OF EGYPTIAN TRADITIONAL ARCHITECTURE IN THEIR ECOLOGICAL TREATMENTS BUT IN A MODERN AND TECHNOLOGICAL WAY. EACH UNIT IN THIS SETTLEMENT HAS DESIGNED TO SUIT THE DESERT CONDITIONS AND PROVIDE THE WHOLE SPACES TO ACCOMMODATE THE WHOLE ACTIVITIES OF THE FAMILY EVEN IN THE PRESENCE OF ANOTHER PANDEMIC ( quarantine time ) .
20
03
Methodology and design :
The scope of this project is the study and analysis of traditional ecological architecture as a significant tool for creating an ecological settlement in the Egyptian desert.
First, collecting data about the western desert and studying their nature, Secondly suggesting a suitable residential settlement in the western desert. Due to the continuous development and human needs the consumption of resources has increased thus the ecological systems is the solution in the 21st century.
Methods for achieving sustainable design:
heating and cooling Natural ventilation
Historically, architects have designed building forms that offer shading in summer and preserve heat in winter. This basic requirement is frequently ignored in modern building design. Using the sun’s energy for the heating and cooling of living spaces is called passive solar design.
Natural ventilation, additionally called passive ventilation, uses natural outside air motion and pressure differences to cool and ventilate a building. It may include design techniques like wind ventilation, the stack effect, and night ventilation.

The spaces between the houses help interaction and events with the possibility of maintaining social distancing.

FEEL SAFE , SATISFIED AND HEALTY
academic project : residential & commercial location : Manil , Cairo ,Egypt
concept :
the main concept of the project is to create a new building type that can be adaptive with pandemic needs ,through create more green spaces in addition to the green roof top and create more open spaces for users in the building for gathering .
post pandemic study : prioritized outdoor space :
social distancing and business closures hav pushed more people outside , but puplic outdoor spaces are often creowded , instead people are prioritizing thepr personal outdoor space . From sprawling backyard to small city courtyard , outdoor spaces of all sizes give homeowners a place to cook , eat, play and exercise in fresh air .
multi uses space :
Another COVID design change is rooms serving more than purpose . the room that used to be just for dining is now also the epicenter for virtual learning . the basement that once a storage space is now also a home gym .Homeowners are designing their rooms with multiple purposes in mind and finding furniture and decor pieces that serve multiple functions

-The site is located next to Abdullah Al Saud Street, directly in front of the Nile River. The Nile represents the strongest reason for directing the design.
-It is easy to connect to the site from the side of the Corniche, in addition to its proximity to a group of clubs and places for people to gather, which will help in increasing the view of the building

academic project :housing course , group project tasks : design , concept development ,data analysis , visulization concept :
The concept for the design is to extract the principles in which the architects succeeded in building Helmiya and made it a successful model in architecture and to apply what was benefited from it in re-designing the Ain Al-Sira lake area.

Most of the buildings on the street are mixed-use buildings, where there are many shops on the ground floor, and various activities appear as a result, such as the extension of shop owners on the sidewalk and the movement of buying and selling mainly
In this part, Ali Pasha Street intersects with Al Qalaa Street, so we find people waiting at the intersection waiting for public transportation, and there is an overlap between the movement of the cars themselves and between pedestrians, buying and selling and students in the area.
In this part, the sidewalk widens a little, so we find that some young people and shop owners use the sidewalk as a seat for them, and to extend parts of the shop on the sidewalk for buying and selling
At the school on the street, students gather in the surrounding area, and there is an overlap between their movement, the movement of cars, and the movement of buying and selling, which makes the street very active and crowded during the study period.

Urban development of a local area in the new city
academic project :housing course , group project tasks : design , concept development ,data analysis , visulization project goals :
Establishing a residential area that achieves sustainable development that meets its own needs and services and accommodates the largest number of residents by providing different options and levels of housing.
Providing open areas and green spaces

Achieving a capacity of 5,000 to 7,000 people 07
concept :
The design was inspired by the architecture of the old city of Port Said and Port Fouad, and the architectural elements were used in the design and facade treatments in the project, taking into consideration the lifestyle of the people of Port Said and making the design suitable for them.
