NEWS, AUG. 22: “ARSON DESTROYS DOWNTOWN ART”

WHY NOT LOOK AWAY? I found it interesting and creative. So sad people just can’t leave things alone. If you don’t like it, just don’t look at it. Why hurt the artist? Shame on the creature who destroyed it.

The best way to provide broadband internet access to the people of New Mexico is a public, state- or municipal-owned ISP that is not concerned with making a profit but only with providing a necessary service to people. Such a body would avoid many of the problems mentioned in the article, such as difficulty accessing government funds and land-access issues. New Mexico should avoid the trap of public-private partnerships and instead embrace public-owned utilities once again.
