A Design Institute was Designed on 4.4 Acre Contour Site.

The Institute offers 3 graduation courses Graphics, Interior, UX & UI Design, the aim was to create creative explorative spaces and achieve a high degree of Innovation and Quality The main challenge was the contoured site because it was our first time dealing with it

The lowest contour level is 334 m

The highest contour level is 348 m

Location Seminary Hills, a small hillock, 6 km away from the Nagpur city

A Design Institute was Designed on an almost 4 acre Contour Site.

The Institute offers 3 graduation courses Graphics, Interior, UX & UI Design, the aim was to create creative explorative spaces and achieve a high degree of Innovation and Quality.

Planning is such that Admin Block is at the center and other academic blocks such as Graphic and Interior Blocks are adjoining. While Interior Block is placed where we can have maximum sunlight. All the Academic Blocks are placed on a high contoured level. There is a Food court between the. Academic and Admin Block and Mess are at the Right corner above the Residential block, So Staff can have some breakfast nearby. After having lunch, Students can chill at OAT in a way coming back from Mess

The library is at the top corner, near Graphic Design Block

The campus is Pedestrian Friendly. Also, vehicular circulation is at the periphery

A kindergarten is an informal kind of school for very young children

where they learn things by play way method.

the Concept is

by the shell Like the waves come and embrace it, I imagine tiny toes walking towards this in excitement. And

waves will take away and drop them

somewhere else this school will provide kids with a wide space to explore. Like the pearls growing inside the shell kids will be cared for

precious stones and will shine like pearls with soft smiles, From the waves, the shell learns gratitude,

Tree House was built for Mowgli, a fictional character, an Indian boy raised by wolves who is the main character in Rudyard Kipling's collection of children's stories included in The Jungle Book. According to the anthropometry of Mowgli, Height is reduced to 2m And spaces are assigned according to his activity.

The Landscape was designed for Corporation Ground, Hanuman Nagar in Nagpur

Its area is about 2630 m2 The site is divided in three different parts for 3 age groups i.e., Kids, Adults & Senior citizen And accordingly, vegetation is placed keeping in mind the climate of Nagpur.
