EXHIBITOR INFORMATION SHEET Saturday, March 26, 2011 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Embassy Suites San Marcos Hotel, Spa & Conference Center 1001 East McCarty Lane San Marcos, TX 78666 www.glshowcase.com Show Details The 2nd Annual San Marcos Green Living Showcase will once again bring our community an exhibition where vendors can demonstrate green products and present exhibits that are geared towards promoting a cleaner, more sustainable environment. Last year attendance for this event approached 1,000 people and we are anticipating another great turnout this year. We are projecting approximately 75 booths and exhibits for 2011 that will represent a wide cross section of businesses dedicated and interested in environmental responsibility and corporate sustainability. San Marcos Chamber Member Booth Rates Early Bird Rates on or before March 11 Standard Booth Rate - $300 Non-Profit Booth Rate* - $200 Payment must be received on or before Friday, March 11 to receive early bird rates. Regular Rates after March 11 Standard Booth Rate - $350

Future San Marcos Chamber Member Booth Rates Standard Booth Rate - $450 Non-Profit Booth Rate - $350 No Early Bird Rates for Future Members; these will be placed on a waiting list and can register after March 11. Exhibitor Information • Each booth is 10’ x 10’ and may be combined to form a larger space. Each space includes pipe and drape, space dividers, 1 booth exhibitor sign, 1 skirted and covered table, 2 chairs, and 1 small trash receptacle. • Electricity and internet needs are the responsibility of the exhibitor and must be resolved directly with Embassy Suites Audio/Visual Department. Prior to March 18, please contact Embassy Suites A/V Vendor, Swank A/V Services at 512-392-6450. For planning purposes, we ask that you indicate your request on the following page. Exhibitor Requirements • Provide staffing for exhibit booth throughout the duration of the event. • Must be ready by 10:00 a.m. on March 26. • Set-up and take-down of the exhibit space area are exhibitor’s responsibility. • Food/beverage vendors assume responsibility for complying with City/County Health Departments and TABC. • Comply with all terms for exhibiting at Green Living Showcase 2010. Day of Show Exhibitor Parking • During the Showcase (after set up is completed), please plan to park on the northern portion of the Conference Center Parking lot. This will allow for more spaces to be available for Showcase attendees. Important Information & Reminders • Admission to this event is FREE. • Petitioning or distributing political materials is prohibited. Flyers, giveaways, etc. are permitted only in your booth. • Exhibitors planning to bring any unusual or large items will need to contact the Chamber via email at chamber@sanmarcostexas.com or call 512-393-5900 as this may affect your booth placement and load in time. Deadline for notification of unusual or large item load in is on or before 5:00 p.m. March 5, 2011.
Booth Setup: Saturday, March 26 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (vehicles and large items from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.) All booths must be completely set up by 9:45 a.m. Booth Take-down: Saturday, March 26 after 4:00 p.m. For safety purposes, load out may not begin until 4:00 p.m.
