New Skoda Superb launched at Rs. 18.55 lakhs
Today, with launch of the low cost Skoda Superb Ambition variant in the Indian auto market, the Czech auto major has played strategic game against the same segment rivals. The company has launched Skoda Superb Ambition low cost variant for both petrol and diesel models to grab pulse of the segment. The new Skoda Superb price for newly launched Ambition variant of the petrol model is Rs. 18.55 lakh, while the diesel version of the saloon comes at Rs. 23.19 lakh ex-showroom Delhi.
Skoda Auto has reduced the Skoda Superb features for these basic or low cost variants at minor level to make them cheaper in the segment. With launch of these cheaper versions of Skoda Superb, the company seeks to give stiff competition to Hyundai Sonata, Toyota Camry, Honda Accord and Volkswagen Passat.
The new Skoda Superb pictures for the newly launched Ambition variants are looking similar to the already available other variants but features and specs have received minor changes. The company offered 8 airbags, ABS, EBD, Traction Control(TCS), electronic stability program(ESP) and anti-slip regulation(ASR), xenon headlamps, a new mundane looking audio system and So On features in the new version of the luxury sedan.
