PROJECT ISSUE In this project, there are several problems, namely limited fresh air flow which can make the room feel stuffy and less comfortable to live in. This can lead to poor indoor air quality, potentially negatively impacting occupant health. In addition, a room that is narrow but has too much furniture can hinder the movement and activities of its occupants, which in the end can disrupt the comfort and functionality of the room.

CONCEPT In this room, a tropical concept is applied to create an open layout that maximizes air circulation. Large windows, natural ventilation, and sliding or folding doors that allow free air flow are important elements in this design. Priority is given to natural light to make the room feel bright and fresh. Apart from that, plant decorations and the choice of warm colors are also done to create a tropical feel.

CONCEPT

PROJECT ISSUE The design of this gallery building uses a neo-vernacular concept, the shape of the building to be built is like the shape of a Javanese building, where the building contains a pavilion, pringgitan, omah njero, senthongkanan, and senthongkiri.

The orange color is the pavilion.

The green and blue colors are the right and left senthong.

The yellow color is omah njero.

The brown color is pringgitan

Lack of cultural preservation and places for education. and There are no facilities for local artists

PROJECT ISSUE Because the design of this gallery carries a NeoVernacular concept, there is material in the form of wood for the roof facade and interior design, and to support the structural design, don't forget to also use materials such as concrete so that the building remains strong and sturdy.

CONCEPT

PROJECT ISSUE concept

The design of Karangsari Park Campground uses an Eco Architecture theme approach.

Eco Architecture itself is a design concept that combines environmental science with architecture, paying attention to the balance of the natural environment and the artificial environment. In terms of spatial layout, the Eco Architecture theme will pay attention to the balance between green open spaces and buildings. The camping area will be designed in such a way that it does not disturb the surrounding vegetation and biodiversity. The use of ornamental plants and local plants will also be increased so as to provide added value to the natural beauty of the surroundings.

Apart from that, visitors can enjoy the cool camping atmosphere, as well as experience a memorable experience of paying attention to the environment. This concept will have a positive impact on the environment, economy and surrounding communities.

Karangsari Park Camping Ground in Rembang has not been renovated despite efforts made by Kawarcab Rembang.

Currently, the condition of the campground is very worrying with many damaged facilities and abandoned buildings. Undergrowth has spread over several buildings, and visitors are very rare.

EMPHASIS ON ECO ARCHITECTURE DESIGN SOLAR PANEL IN PARKING AREA

Energy efficiency Utilizing renewable energy in the design of the Karangsari Park camping area is carried out by providing tourist transportation that is fueled by electricity and using solar panels in the parking area.

INTEGRITAS ALAM

The natural integrity of the building minimizes changes to the contour of the area by utilizing green roofs, rooftops as circulation access. Apart from that, green roofs can also help reduce heat.

NATURAL INTEGRITY IN THE LANDSCAPE by minimizing changes to the contour of the area by building a sky walk so that the environment and vegetation are maintained

DISPLAY CONCEPT EXTERIOR VIEW

Adding a secondary skin to the building, apart from adding aesthetics to the secondary skin building, can reduce excessive heat or cooling from inside the room.

This thermal insulation helps increase the energy efficiency of the building and reduces energy consumption for heating or cooling.

The concept applied to building interiors is a minimalist concept and the addition of plants to the interior to minimize pollution. Plants in the room also function as natural aromatherapy, maintain mental health and increase productivity and focus on people.
