Dear Supporters of the Sand Springs Chamber of Commerce,

For nearly 80 years, the Sand Springs Chamber of Commerce has stood as a pillar of support for our local businesses and community, helping Sand Springs grow and thrive Today, with over 280 members representing a diverse range of backgrounds and industries, we are honored to continue that legacy and to serve as a convener of people and ideas in our community.

This past year, we've proudly built on our mission by expanding our programming and refreshing our events lineup, balancing longtime favorites with new initiatives that reflect the evolving needs of our members. Our advocacy efforts have grown, as well, allowing us to address key issues impacting local businesses and the broader community. And with new community-focused programs, we’re dedicated to making Sand Springs an even more vibrant and welcoming place

The Nonprofit of the Year Award is presented to a 501c3 recognized organization serving the Sand Springs area demonstrating effective fundraising and resource development.

What is it?

A discount, no charge, added value program for Members only! The M2M card allows our members to offer a discount to fellow members and/or take advantage of discounts offered on products and services they use every day.

What it does

The M2M Program offers Chamber members and their employees the opportunity to Save money when making purchases at participating Chamber businesses

Stimulate new business through increased exposure and word-of-mouth referrals through Sand Springs Chamber member companies and their employees

Leadership Sand Springs is a program established in 1992 and seeks out, honors, challenges, develops and educates a select group of Sand Spring’s citizens who have the concern needed to provide the leadership to address issues of community significance. The course is designed to be a series of issues-oriented forums based on the belief that knowledge is a key element and prime motivator of leadership.

YOUTH LEADERSHIP SAND SPRINGS

This program is adopted from our Leadership Sand Springs program. The Youth Leadership program fosters the leadership qualities and skills necessary for success in the workplace by introducing youth to the world of business and aspects of their community while assisting them in becoming informed and productive Sand Springs citizens. This program is open to Sand Springs area junior-aged students Participants attend one session per month from January through April, with a graduation ceremony in May

LEMONADE DAY

Lemonade Day is a fun entrepreneurial program that teaches youth how to start, own and operate their very own business - a lemonade stand The foremost objective of Lemonade Day is to empower youth to take ownership of their lives and become productive members of society - the business leaders, social advocates, volunteers and forward thinking citizens of tomorrow. In addition to Lemonade Day, youth have a chance to be involved in Bank Day and Taste Testing Day

Bank Day/Taste Testing Day is a two-part program. First, youth participants will hear from bankers and entrepreneurs themselves about opening a bank account, keeping track of finances, and starting a business. Following the presentation, participants will have a chance for judges to taste test their lemonade in three categories. The winner of each category will walk away with a blue ribbon to put on their stand during Lemonade Day

The Sand Springs Chamber of Commerce continually searches for ways to enhance your membership & add value. While our membership dues only make up almost 50% of our operating budget, our events, programs, and other sponsorship opportunities fill in the gap to provide the final portion of it By completing this agreement, you can budget your investments in advance and make one annual investment all while receiving year-long recognition It's a win-win, as you will have the added simplicity of an annual investment, and the Chamber benefits from the ability to schedule its events with the confidence of your financial support in hand
