The Youth Leadership program fosters the leadership qualities and skills necessary for success in the workplace by introducing youth to the world of business and aspects of their community while assisting them in becoming informed and productive Sand Springs citizens. This program is open to Sand Springs area junior-aged students Participants attend one session per month from January through April, with a graduation ceremony in May

Lemonade Day is a fun entrepreneurial program that teaches youth how to start, own and operate their very own business - a lemonade stand The foremost objective of Lemonade Day is to empower youth to take ownership of their lives and become productive members of society - the business leaders, social advocates, volunteers and forward thinking citizens of tomorrow. In addition to Lemonade Day, youth have a chance to be involved in Bank Day and Taste Testing Day
Bank Day/Taste Testing Day is a two-part program. First, youth participants will hear from bankers and entrepreneurs themselves about opening a bank account, keeping track of finances, and starting a business. Following the presentation, participants will have a chance for judges to taste test their lemonade in three categories. The winner of each category will walk away with a blue ribbon to put on their stand during Lemonade Day
