The “You Can Heal Your Life” Workshop aims to teach women the importance of consistently and persistently screening their thoughts to obliterate negative thought patterns at the root, to ensure they do not sabotage their future success. The workshop will show Wormen In Search of Happiness how their thoughts are creating their current reality, and how negative thoughts and feelings, if left to fester will often lead to a spiralling downward cycle of negativity that creates illness or dis-ease in the minds and bodies of women. Participants will learn:

The PepTALKs™ Coach | Author | Motivational Speaker Sandra Jarvis, is a dynamic and charismatic personality who teaches executive women over 28 years old, who have come to a crossroads in their life, how to turn both their personal & professional setbacks into jaw-dropping comebacks. After experiencing crisis after crisis within a 7 year cycle, domestic violence, single mother in crisis, homelessness, obesity issues, bereavement of both parents within 2 years, unemployment, depression, post-natal symptoms etc, Sandra used a host of life-management tools such as affirmations to bounce back from depression and reshape her destiny. She runs “You Can Heal Your Life With Affirmations” Workshops for Women. The workshop focuses on teaching participants the rules to healing their life and breaks down a number of empowering tools to use alongside affirmations. Participants will learn how to eliminate negative self-beliefs, replacing them with empowering self-beliefs and self-talk that manifests more positive outcomes.
