EXHIBITING INFORMATION WHEN IS THE NEXT WEDDING PARTY BRIDAL SHOW? Sunday July 1, 2012 at The Hyatt Regency La Jolla 3777 La Jolla Drive San Diego, CA 92122 - Show open 12-5 pm. WHEN CAN I SET UP? Event is open to attendees Sunday from 12 noon to 5 pm. Exhibitor set up begins late Saturday evening and continues Sunday morning from 6 am to 11 am. Specific times are in Exhibitor Kit to be received after contracting booth. WHERE WILL MY EXHIBIT SPACE BE? Spaces are booked first come first serve. Exhibit space layout maps are available online at: www.SanDiegoWeddingParty.com HOW BIG IS THE WEDDING PARTY BRIDAL SHOW? Over 100 exhibitors in over 25,000 square feet of creative and stylish wedding ideas, amazing fashion shows and fun - not too big and not too small: just right to meet affluent Brides and Grooms who are focused on creating a special wedding. WHAT DOES EXHIBIT SPACE COST? Regular exhibit spaces vary from $595 to $1200, depending on size, location and participation in our ongoing events and fashion Shows. Sponsor booths are $2200. Brides make up 60% of show, plus we average 38 wedding planners in attendance. CAN I SERVE FOOD OR ALCOHOL? Any Exhibitor wishing to serve food or alcohol of any kind must be pre approved by Wedding Party Management and have a public events health permit filed with the County of San Diego. All Health Department Regulations apply. HOW DO YOU MARKET THE WEDDING PARTY BRIDAL SHOW?
