Alonso Nuñez is the executive director, and lead instructor of San Diego’s Little Fish Comic Book Studio, a nonprofit comic art studio and advocacy group. His work focuses on the continued placement and use of comics and comic-based curricula in schools and organizations. Alonso is co-chair for the Will Eisner Comic Industry Hall of Fame, the most prestigious awards given for comics and graphic novels which are presented every year at Comic-Con. He is currently working on his first full-length graphic novel, Hatchepsut.
