FREE Water Safety Skills Classes for Kids The City of San Diego’s Portable Pool Program offers free, weeklong water safety skills classes to kids ages 3–15 at select City of San Diego recreation centers this summer. Lessons are taught by certified American Red Cross Water Safety Instructors. Registration is first-come, first-served.
