In 2019, we continued to strive for the ‘education of the whole person’ ideal on which Sancta was founded. Our Rawson and Palladian victories were made possible by our undivided, indestructible Sancta community spirit. Regardless of whether we were winning or losing, our crowd, decked out in red and white, was one of the largest and loudest at every event. Being part of a community that knows who we are and that holds our heads high regardless of the outcome, always makes me immensely proud to be a Sancta girl. Being surrounded by the biggest and brightest minds over three years has taught me that no matter who you are or where you come from, you can be and do anything if you put your mind to it. Sancta has taught us all, no matter the circumstance, to be strong enough to stand alone, smart enough to know when to ask for help and brave enough to ask for it.

Thank you for a remarkable year and for your many individual achievements. You are all destined for great things and I wish you every success in the future. Let us never forget the Sancta dream to ‘walk in wisdom’, to live a life of use to others and to lift each other up.
