STRAIGHT FROM THE EDITOR'S DESK... A teacher affects eternity; he can never tell where his influence stops. Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire. They may forget what you said but they will not forget how you made them feel. All students can learn and succeed, but not in the same way and not in the same day . In this hard time of COVID - 19 pandemic we all are appreciating the tireless and the selfless work done by the doctors, policemen , nurses etc as they are acting as frontliners but we must not forget to enlist the names of the teachers because a pen is always mightier than a sword. Let us not forget that only the buildings of the schools are closed but our teachers are working day and night to equip the students with the best online classes managing their social and professional life. Teachers have been the unsung and unappalauded heros and the pillars of virtual education in the whole universe. A teacher plays a munificient role in nourishing the mental and emotional health as all the children have been brain washed with the fact that our growth will only happen if we go to school but teachers have abolished this mentality from the society as well. That's why this time our editorial team have kept the theme of the newsletter as 'Chalk De India : Glorifying the Teachers'. It's a small tribute and gratitude that we are showcasing as we can say nothing but our heartfelt thanks to our beloved teachers.
