Hi, Kimmie here to tell you a little about myself and what I do. I’ve always had the ability to connect with others on a deep and personable level. I am deeply compassionate and have a true desire to help others solve their emotional issues, to motivate and inspire them to achieve their goals and dreams in life. The many friends I’ve made along my path have always asked my advice on personal issues and tell me that I inspire them. It was always easy to motivate and inspire others but it was difficult for me to take my own advice. I lacked confidence and belief in my own self as a result of a traumatic past. It was a long and very bumpy road and at times I nearly gave up on life. I had to resolve a lot of pain and let go before I could move forward. That’s when I met someone who helped inspire me to overcome those hurdles. He encouraged me to keep fighting the good fight and believe in myself. He helped motivate me to pursue my passion in life, helping others. And that man is my husband who God blessed me with. It took me over 20 years before I was able to be in a position to start a business helping others. I overcame all the setbacks, obstacles, toxic relationships, tragedies and emotional pain. It was because of all those things that became the reason for me starting this business. I’ve gained a lot of insight and personal experience with a multitude of emotional issues such as the effects of abuse, assault, loss and grief. And it’s not that I no longer struggle with any issues in life, it’s just that I’ve learned a much easier way of dealing with them. None of us can escape dealing with difficult situations in life but we can certainly learn how to deal with them in a calmer, more confident and productive way. I have successfully helped hundreds of clients overcome everything from anxiety, smoking cessation, depression, stress and many other issues. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing a client leave the session with a big smile on their face and a heavy weight lifted from releasing negative emotional energy.
