RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR STUDENTSAMFUNNET I ÅS Revised 08.09.2025 § 1 Access to Studentsamfunnet’s events All events are open to the public, unless otherwise stated. Members of Studentsamfunnet i Ås are given benefits, for example in the form of a discount on admission, upon presentation of a valid membership card. At events with an age limit, all guests are required to bring valid identification with their name and photo. Valid identification includes a passport, driver's license, bank card with photo, ID card from an EU/EEA country, Norwegian maritime record book, postal ID card and military ID card. Digital driver's license is not valid. If you use a fake ID or an ID belonging to someone other than yourself, the matter will be reported to the police. § 2 Behavior at Studentsamfunnet’s events The atmosphere at the Studentsamfunnet i Ås is characterized by being very good and friendly. This is how we want to maintain it. Studentsamfunnet i Ås reserves the right to expel guests who contribute negatively to this, for example by: ● Staying outside the designated event area. ● Having quarrelsome or rude behavior. ● Urinating in places other than the toilet. ● Not respecting staff on the job and their instructions. ● Being excessively intoxicated. ● Triggering the fire alarm deliberately or negligently without suspicion of fire/danger.
§ 3 Theft/vandalism Studentsamfunnet i Ås is run entirely by, for and with students on a voluntary basis. Any loss of Studentsamfunnet’s assets will be at the expense of the members. Therefore: ● All cases of theft will be reported to the police. ● Vandalism/destruction of windows, doors, interior or Studentsamfunnet’s property/movables will be compensated by the person who caused the damage. Serious cases will be reported to the police. If you bring any belongings (outerwear, etc.) that do not belong to you from Studentsamfunnet, you are obliged to return them.
