So Guys today we are going to discuss yet another disturbing question which irritates most of us especially people working in Jobs.

Which one should i go with Job or Business? And Why?

Well first i want to tell all those people, who always say Business is far better than job, advising, persuading and trying to install idea of business on jobs working society, that you are just playing with their insecurities about money by telling them why to work for other people or why to be anyone’s slave , its bad Business is not for everyone, not everyone has such Temperament. Its also not like every business becomes successful.

There is nothing wrong if someone benefits from your work you should also consider that person is giving a stable income, if you feel insecure about this thought than its nothing more than jealousy.

Its stated that most of the business gets closed within 2 years. And not every Job people get lured by Lucrative Business thought, Like people with really good earning and those who are contented with their earnings.

If you have a good earning job and you are contented with it then there cannot be a better life i Believe.

Business surely is a good prospect but Business requires capital to invest. And its very difficult to predict your earnings. you will always in dilemma and that will make you frustrated and interested at the same time. Business takes more toll on the body than job.

Every person in today’s world is twisted in this web only.Whether to start your own Business or To get a Job. people also try to earn money from side business along with 9-5 jobs. Well i believe that’s the best idea to do if you cannot manage a side business then how could you expect to run a full time Business.Always start with small. So lets Start with pros and cons for Both of them.

Best part about having Business is you don’t have to worry about time restrictions you are the master of your time unlike the job of 9-5. and it also depends on the nature of your work and how well you organize it. Initially it will absorb all your time but once you blend in you can atleast control the way of your life.

You will come across great Experiences in your life unlike job in which you are doing same work , in this you can change the course of your work and its on you whether you want your work to be monotonous or interesting. You will come across many ups and down that will always keep you motivated to try more. You will be managing people, giving employment , organizing your work and deciding its course.

3. POTENTIAL TO EARN AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE

Business earning surely are uncertain but one thing is certain in business there will be downs but surely there will be ups also. And once you get your business a good base then its just the matter of your hard work, the more you work, the more efforts you put in, the more results you will get. There is no limit how much you can earn. And its far better than jobs where people become stagnant with a fixed income.

4. NO WAIT FOR PLANS AND HOLIDAYS

Having your own Business gives you a lot my perks and one of them is no wait for weekends or permissions for holidays. If you feel you can go on a trip today, you can that’s what makes business lucrative. Feels like you have a life.

5. NO RETIREMENT

There is no retirement in Business until you feel like taking it unlike job where you are required to take retirement whether you like it or not and had to sit home with no work.
