Stability - Build a Solid and Stable Resource Platform.

Stability is a broadly defined pillar of our strategic plan. It encompasses not only fund raising and advancement activities, but the longevity of our brand and the long-term commitment of past students to Saltus. Stability of our school brand is a focus for the 2019-20 academic year, and we are off to a great start! → Launched the 2020 Saltus Fund campaign for ‘The Future is…” to highlight all of the elements of our strategic plan and how actions are positively impacting students → Held our first annual event for ‘Young Alumni’ to connect our young leaders and entrepreneurs to their alma mater → Hosted Dr. Vernee Butterfield at Saltus to continue our exploration with both students and staff of inclusion and diversity for Saltus’ future → Launched a new brand logo that is grounded in the tradition of Saltus but puts the school in a position of strength on the global stage My personal favourite action so far in 2020 is the debut of our online school shop at www.shop.saltus.bm. This project is a perfect example of one of the school’s key actions defined under ‘Stability’, to design and implement an enhanced marketing strategy to support revenue goals. But even more important than that, it is the culmination of an entire years’ work and the product of a prototype presented by SGY students in 2018-19.
