A lot of exhibitions and conferences has been cancelled but we have met our customers in webmeetings and outside with distance if that has been possible.

We have welcomed several new employees in our team this year and Norway is planning their new office in Råholt. IWe focus on new innovative solutions for presentations so stay tuned.

During the Corona pandemi, many of our employees has engaged themselves in the Red Cross, they have 3d-printed Faceshileds and shipped them to the health authorities, we have sponsored Covid-19 hospitals with electronic cylinders. Thats the SALTO spirit.

App – new versions and functions in the app Pod – described as a division of spaces where an administrator can create different groups so-called Pod´s. It can be a floor in a house or in a office that is managed by so-called Pod members. These members have the right to invite their guests to their Pod during special times without contacting the admin.

Open the door with a tag or a cellphone

New technology for cabinet locks with SALTO XS4 BLE. SALTO BLUEnet Wireless was developed to meet high requirements related to security, connection and user-friendliness, the technology has now been expanded to SALTO XS4 Locker lock BLE. By integrating BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) technology in the electronic cabinet lock, SALTO Systems has developed a product that can extend access control also for cabinets, drawers and similarly objects where you want to be able to handle security in real time.

SALTO BLUEnet is connected via Bluetooth RF and is specially designed for applications where real-time control is required.

Control and management of all permissions can be done remotely and in real time. SALTO BLUEnet Wireless allows the operator to view events and can unlock the locker, change the opening mode, activate a LockDown, view the status or change permissions, all wirelessly and in real time

NEO SALTO Systems launches SALTO NEO Cylinder - updates permissions in real time The compact SALTO NEO cylinder is designed for doors where installation of door leaf readers is not possible or wired wall readers online are not required. NEO can be installed on standard doors, server racks, gates, cabinets, electric switches, sliding doors and more. It is available in a comprehensive range of models that fit almost all types of doors - from Scandinavia to Europe, Asia and America.

The SALTO NEO cylinder takes the energy consumption to low levels, it can handle up to 130,000 openings on standard alkaline batteries.

SALTO NEO cylinder offers more than security - it sends logs, reports and warnings. By using smart keys and mobile technology in the SALTO NEO cylinder, it becomes possible to add and remove permissions remotely via wireless technology.

SALTO NEO cylinder is compatible with SALTO SPACE SVN, SALTO BLUEnet Wireless and SALTO KS - Keys as a Service - cloud-based technology. Technology can be changed without changing hardware. This makes it possible to decide which technology best suits the company’s security, operations and IT needs.

SALTO NEO Cylinder can handle SALTO SVNFlex technology, and can therefore transfer blacklists, update permissions and replace an online updater.

SALTO Systems has launched SALTO NEO - a new electronic cylinder that offers more functions.

NCoder SALTO Systems’ new smart card encoder for data-on-card access control, integrates the coding possibilities in an encoder with a new design and built-in table reader. SALTO NCoder configures permissions for users and/or hotel guests. It is compatible with a wide range of RFID cards and mobile keys.

SALTO SPACE - SVN administrators can define who should have access and program all information on smart cards or mobile phones.

It integrates DTLS v1.2 security technology to protect communications. SALTO NCoder supports several RFID technologies (eg MIFARE / DESfire and HID iCLASS Seos) and digital keys that create trust between devices.

Create your smart home There’s a lot going on in today’s households: children coming in from school, dog walkers, housekeepers, babysitters. Even grocery store delivery services are now offering the option to enter your home to put groceries away. Managing keys to address the needs of today’s busy homes has become too burdensome and insecure.

Danalock’s residential smart locks provide simple management that can be adjusted quickly and easily.

With SMS or email, you can send digital keys to your family, friends and temporary visitors and you choose how long a digital key should be valid.

SALTO Systems achieves carbon-neutral status SALTO Systems achieved its goal of becoming 100% carbon neutral – for its factory headquarters in Spain.

Neutrality is achieved by calculating a carbon footprint and reducing it to zero through a combination of internal efficiency measures and supporting external emission reduction projects.

SALTO Systems has focused on achieving carbon neutrality through ambitious reductions in emissions across all stages of the product life cycle including design, production, energy efficiency, and recycling

CSR - has always been important for SALTO Systems and we work everyday with focus on the environment, equality and the equal value of all human beings.

One hundred percent of SALTO’s electricity is generated by either solar panels on site or purchased as certified green electricity. All emissions that cannot be eliminated with the mentioned routines are compensated with Madre de Dios Amazon Forest Conservation Project. his verified carbon offsetting project reduces deforestation and helps to establish sustainable forest management practices.

EPD - European Product Declaration.

In 2019, we received our first environmental product declaration (EPD).

Our SALTO Systems Nordic Cycling Team in Denmark participate in different cycling race end we transfer all km to sponsormoney for children cancer foundation.

An EPD is an independently verified document that reports environmental information about a product’s entire life cycle.

All our CSR work is documented in our CSR plan.

My lock by SALTO A configurator for visualization of design and security.

The visualization trend has come to the security market, where more attention is also dedicated to design.

With “My Lock by SALTO”, the customer can visualize all relevant aspects of security and design from different angles.The customer freely combines different versions of doors, readers and handles. First you choose the model, then the standard and finally you configure the virtual door type, technology, surface treatment, color and functions. The visualizations can be downloaded for further follow-up, design, price, etc.

• MyLock allows the user to filter by door standard, lock model or product family.

• Now can the user do more than one configuration in a MyLock session. This means that those looking for electronic locking solutions have the opportunity to configure different door models in a building.

• The user can preview and download 3D and 2D files including BIM files in various industry formats including Revit, STP, DWG, JPEG, PDF and more.

A good education gives the customer a well-functioning system from the start.

During the spring, the trainings have taken place at a distance, but keep an eye on new dates in the autumn - you can find them on our web or in newsletters.

We managed to arrange some activities and fairs at the end of last year and this year before the pandemic broke out.

All fairs, conferences and activities we had planned during the spring were moved to the autumn and several of them are now moved again to 2021.
