About me Hi! It’s me, Salomo Leonardo Sihotang. A communication student who’s interested in broadcasting. Recently, I produced a news television program known as Lensa News Siang for a Program Television Simulation. Besides, I also have an interest in film production.

I grew up in Bekasi, and I’m excited to partner with you!

Television Program Simulation

Lensa News Siang is a news program run by Universal Television and produced by Communication students as a television simulation assignment.

In this project, my friends and I are producing information that had news value. From the news we got, we aired the news on Youtube live. Television program simulation is fun.

Toleransi Sederhana Kampung Sawah Project date December, 5th 2021 Scope of works Producering Documentary Program, Interview, Coverage, DoP, Editing video Collaborators UKM Jurnalistik Position Producer Media YouTube This product journalism presented by UKM Jurnalistik UBSI. We discover how somewhere in Kampung Sawah could be famous with the tolerance they had for such a long time. There is a symbol named gold triangle which showed three different worship places Kristen Pasundan church; St. Servatius Katolik church; and Masjid Al-Jauhar.

Merajut Asa Anak Bantar Gebang Project date 5th semester Scope of works Producering Documentary Program Collaborators Amad, Aji, Adit, Rayhan Position Producer A documentary assignment that placed in the TPST Bantar Gebang area. A place that is famous for the largest garbage disposal in Indonesia, even one in the world. In that area, there is a young man who is persistent in his background and pursues his faith so that one day he can change the economic conditions of his family. He is Tolib, a 13-year-old boy who grew up in the Tunas Mulia natural school boarding school.

I was part of Narasi Classroom cooperates with Kewirausahaan Sosial UGM. Narasi classroom sharing their methods how to creating impactful content. Six months of the class really thought me so many lessons about creating good and snackable content.

When we got an assignment for Narasi project 2, we produced content about Bukit Algoritma which ever viral on media social months ago. We share our thought each other to decide our point of view on the news. Then every one of us has a different task, and I got a job collecting the data from Bukit Algoritma issue and then I was editing the video based on the data we got.

Tekad Kuat Satpam Strada Menjadi Guru My Online Journalism course has the task of creating content individually. I was searching for a subject who has a good story to cover. Then I am excited to reach one of the school security to be the subject for the news. Mr Rizky as security has a great value to show on the internet.

For filling his free time, he became a college student and take physical education and sport as the majority. He has a desire to change his life to become more valuable, so he can start by registering himself to be a teacher in his duty place.

Wedding Project I got the opportunity to capture this pra-wedding by myself. There are photos and videos that I took so they can use them as their wedding invitation. We, bataknese, used to call this pra-wedding event a “Martumpol” and usually held in the church. This is an early marriage promise by the bride and groom and their family as a Christian-Bataknese.

I did a lot to improve on this project. I am aware of the natural light because this place has not good enough lights. Still, have fun with this one. Cheers to the braid and groom for this great opportunity.

Product Photography Project date October, 17th 2021 Scope of works Product Photography Tools Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop Collaborator Aditya Wardana, Ahmad Sofyan, & Raihan Alfaran.

On this product photography, my college friends and I are planning to improve our skills in photography. We found a client who selling perfume products. I am the man who made the concept by finding out what the brand is trying to represent.

Doing this project together is such a fun thing to do. What a lesson learned.
