We look forward to welcoming you for a tasting. This important experience will define the selections of your wedding menu. This is a unique opportunity to impart your vision to our staff to ensure we are part of making your dream wedding into a reality.

Once you have tasted each item, please share your thoughts and preferences with our Event Manager and Chef. Utilize this time to ask questions and make requests directly with our Chef. Your Event Manager will take notes on everything that is discussed and decided upon at your tasting. Your tasting will be scheduled a maximum of three months prior to your wedding date.
Tastings can be scheduled Monday – Friday at Noon. With the understanding that this time may not work, we would be happy to consider alternatives to best accommodate your availability.
Your tasting is complimentary for the first four guests.

Event rental fees can vary depending on the spaces and event dates requested. Please speak with your Event Manager for specific pricing based on your needs and the event space required.
A fee of 250.00 per bartender applies for the first three hours, 50.00 additional per hour, one bartender is required per 75 guests.
A fee of 250.00 per four hours for each coat attendant applies, coat check is required for events over 75 guests, seasonally.
You agree to pay, in addition to the prices agreed upon, all District taxes and a 24% service charge on applicable items. Kindly note that all service charges are taxable.
Special meals are defined as those meals requested in addition to the principal menu. Vegetarian and gluten free meals are available upon request. Kosher and Halal meals are available with advance notice.

Vendor meals are available for 65.00 per person, a count for vendor meals is due with the final counts for your events.
Children ages two to twelve are charged at 85.00 per child.
