Catering & Event Information
ROOM RENTAL
Event rental fees can vary depending on the spaces and event dates requested. Please speak with your Event Manager for specific pricing based on your needs and the event space required.
BARTENDER FEES
A fee of 250.00 per bartender applies for the first two hours, 50.00 additional per hour, one bartender is required per 75 guests.
COAT CHECK
A fee of 250.00 per two hours for each coat attendant applies, coat check is required for events over 75 guests, seasonally.
SERVICE & LABOR
You agree to pay, in addition to the prices agreed upon, all District taxes and a 25% service charge on applicable items. Kindly note that all service charges are taxable.
SPECIAL MEAL ORDERS
Special meals are defined as those meals requested in addition to the principal menu. Vegetarian and gluten-free meals are available upon request. Kosher and Halal meals are available with advance notice. Please notify your catering representative of any other special dietary requests.
VENDOR MEALS
Vendor meals are available for 65.00, a count for vendor meals is due with the final counts for your events.
CHILDREN’S MEALS
Children ages 2–12 are charged at 85.00 per child.
VALET PARKING
40.00 event parking, does not apply to overnight parking.
AUDIO VISUAL & LIGHTING
Salamander DC works with Inspire to provide beautiful enhancements upon request for an additional cost. Your Sales Manager can help you assess your lighting and audio video needs.
