Dance the night away in the McNulty Ballroom, one of only two above-ground ballrooms in Aspen, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing breathtaking views.
SPACIOUS ALL-SUITE STAYS
A truly unique destination, the resort boasts a classic and creative history dating back to 1949 with the start of the Aspen Institute. The notion behind the property was to unite the mind, body and spirit, which is now known as the “Aspen Idea.” Our 98 guest suites offer spacious rooms and floor-to-ceiling windows, bringing the inspiring surroundings inside while Bauhaus-styled furnishings adorn the rooms. All suites have separate living room areas with queen-size pull-out sleeper sofas, and wet bars equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Complimentary guest amenities include shuttle service to and from downtown Aspen with shuttles leaving every half hour, Aspen Airport pick-ups & drop offs, property-wide wifi, use of our Health Club, as well as an outdoor heated lap pool and hot tub available year-round, pickleball and tennis courts, and access to several walking paths around the property.

CATERING & EVENTS INFORMATION
Catering Department
Our Catering Sales Manager will assist you in the planning of your food, beverage, venue, and resort stay, offering valuable knowledge and feedback, however we do require the hiring of a partial or full wedding planner to ensure your wedding day is full of joy and ease.
Room Blocks
Aspen Meadows offers special guest room rates based on the time of year and event size. While we do not require you to have a room block with us, we do require a minimum of 10 rooms for two nights to secure a special room block rate.
Menu Guidelines
Menus will be determined based on the chosen package with add-on options and upgrades being available for an additional per guest rate.
Guarantee
To ensure adequate preparation, an initial guest count is required no later than two weeks prior to your event with final guest count being due five business days prior to your wedding date. The guaranteed number of guests cannot be reduced after this time and the final count will be charged based on the final guarantee or actual number of guests, whichever is greater.
Space Confirmation & Deposit Schedule
Dates are considered definite upon receipt of the signed catering contract and initial deposit. The deposit amount will be the total anticipated revenue amount minus taxes and fees based on your selected venues and contracted guest count due on the following deposit schedule:
• 25% of total anticipated revenue – Due at the Time of Signing
• 50% of the total anticipated revenue – Due Three Months Prior to Wedding Date
• 25% of the total anticipated revenue and any additional agreed upon charges – Due Two Weeks Prior to Wedding Date
Decorations
Decorations, signage, or displays brought onto the property must be approved prior to arrival. Items may not be attached to any stationary wall, floor, window, or ceiling with nails, staples, tape, or any other substance that leaves residue in order to prevent damage to the fixtures and furnishings. In addition, no confetti of any kind may be used. There is a 250.00 cleaning fee for removing any excess decorations. Additional fees may apply to excessive decoration set-up or removal.
Entertainment
All outdoor entertainment must conclude by 10:00 PM. All indoor entertainment must conclude by midnight. This is in accordance with local noise ordinances and with respect toward other guests on property. For celebrations looking to extend past midnight there will be additional “late night” service fees with the bar being required to close at 1:45 AM.
Charges & Fees
Prices listed on our wedding packages and venues are exclusive of taxes and service charges. Service charge is 23%, and Aspen tax is currently 9.3%. Prices are subject to change. We staff events at a rate of one server for every 15 guests, any additional staff requested is at a rate of 65.00 an hour per hour, per server. The set up of one bar is included with your package pricing with the setup of any additional bar being 350.00 per bar. Bartenders are staffed at a rate of one bartender for every 50 guests and charged at a rate of 150.00 an hour per bartender. The request of a barback can be accommodated at a rate of 85.00 an hour per barback. Any extensive furniture removal or labor required will incur a fee of 500.00 per hour.
