Heikedine Günther (*1966) is a Swiss contemporary artist living and working between Basel and Stalden, Switzerland.

She is a painter, printer and sculptor who draws on the connection of abstraction and natural forms, and the concepts of microcosm and macrocosm. Nate Hester explores the power of play as a form of celebratory protest. Nissa Raad is a Jordanian artist based in Amman. Rich textures, vibrant colours and bold lines are ubiquitous in her art which is inspired by both urban and natural environments. Her current work focuses on “horizons”, or “Ufq” in Arabic, and what they symbolize both physically and metaphorically. Her paintings evoke a sense of peace, as well as a pondering of the unknown beyond the line.

Nissa has had several sold-out solo exhibitions and has participated in many exhibitions and fairs both locally and internationally. She has always been inspired by her Late grandmother, the renowned Turkish artist Fahrelnissa Zeid.

MB Pacquing (Filipino b. 1988) was born in Cagayan Valley Philippines. In 2014 the artist earned a BFA in Advertising from the Technological University of the Philippines.

Pacquing’s titled work “ Immortality” features a complex layering of images and styles, ranging from realism, anatomy organs and abstraction. He views this layering process as a metaphor for the multifaceted inter national identity.

SO YOUN has a variety of intellectual curiosities by applying her analytical thinking from a social scientific lens to her artwork of contemporary abstract expressionism paintings where she conveys her philosophical inspiration from reading texts of great classics, such as Marcus Aurelius’ Meditations, Michel Foucault’s postmodernism, a success quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson.

Tanja Houwerzijl moved from Amsterdam to Tokyo in 2004 and re-invented herself as a photographer, trying to make sense of her new surroundings and capturing the beauty around her. In 2020, she started to make paper Collages from magazines, books and all kinds of paper materials that she had collected throughout the years. Her creative process of recycling and re-ordering materials onto paper boards moves along organically without a deeper intention beforehand.
