PORTABLE HOUSES FOR LABOURERS (ANDC 2021) COLLAB WITH 8 OTHERS MEMBERS (leaded the team) SOFTWARE USED : * Autocad * SketchUp * Vray * TwinMotion * Photoshop * Illustration

The aim of the project is to make the portable houses for the labourers who migrants from one place to another and away from their home-state. It was for low income people who can easily afford this house and easy to install any site in India.

The site that we chosen is located in Bhaiswargaon, Dehradun. It sit in the lap of hills with a stream running along it. It is full of natural contours and slopes.

Toilet Installation

The units are designed to prioritxe and improved way of life security and hygiene of thr labours. They are easily assembled and dismantled with the help of less labour hours. These units are adaptable to all kind of site conditions include terrain climate and sesmic, activity. These units are suitable for lodging and cooking facilities. Maximum utilization of space is achived by modular furniture elements which transit the space into private and semi private.

Challenges:

The challenge here was to create a fresh form among the vast campus in BIT Mesra but with the continuity of the older form of the building.

Outcome:

Our design proposal solves this while maintaining the integrity with the rest of the campus. The site slopes gradually towards the river on south. Landscape is made to follow the incline while keeping the levels high enough to prevent waterlogging when the water level rise in the monsoons. We made sure to enhance the natural features by creating green and congregation spaces all over the site.

Aim:

The aim of the project is to design a Multi-Stories residential cum commercial complex at Ranchi Jharkhand. The purpose was to give the sense of luxury comfort to the residents. The origami frame element is used in both commercial and residence apartment which create dynamic component as well as sense of connection in this design.

Convention Center

Aim:

The aim of the project is to design a Conventional center along with Auditorium which should be a Green building. The site is in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The most prominent aspect of this design is the spiral Green Roof which makes the building asethetically appealing and serves aa an insulation to harsh weather condition and increase the efficiency of HVAC system. Jali work in the connecting corridor between convention hall and auditorium helps to give visual access to the greenary around the site and provides natural ventilation. This convention center aspires to be a state of the art and energy efficient building confirming with the standards of the GRIHA.

Aim:

The aim of the project is to design a Residence for a Client Dr. Ruby who is living in Patna. Her children Nikhil and Anjali both are living in different countries but want a house in their hometown. All three of them have different perspective for their individual rooms. So we have worked according to thier demands and tried to design a house with asthetical interior spaces for them.
