LIGHTING Warehouse Area : For the warehouse area, the lighting will be of LED / metal halide and the intensity will be 150 Lux at 1m above the floor level.

ELECTRICAL DRAWING AND APPROVAL The detailed electrical drawing of the entire warehouse will be provided.

Outside the warehouse area : The lighting will be of 50 Lux approx.

We shall obtain necessary approval from the concerned authorities with regard to electrical installation.

Street Lighting : We shall provide LED all around the warehouse i.e. in Cement Concrete Road area.

We will provide adequate lightening arresters.

Other Amenities areas like toilet etc. shall be provided with 150 Lux lighting.

CANOPY Area : Lighting of 100 Lux will be provided in the Canopy Area.

INTERNAL ROAD A CC road will be provided all around the warehouse with a load bearing capacity of 2 MT / m2.

The dimension of the road are mentioned in the enclosed drawing.

BOUNDARY WALL The entire logistic park shall be provided with a compound wall all around the area with a minimum height of 8 to 10 ft from the road level when measured from outside of the logistic park by using 6” Solid Blocks without plastering.

The top of the compound wall shall be secured with barbed wire / Concertina coils for a height of around 2 ft with necessary supports.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION We will be providing LT supply upto 100 HP and however any subsequent enhancement of power will be to the scope of the Lessee.
