The Igxperience program is designed to create an authentic outdoor education experience, providing students with an opportunity to grow and connect in a manner aligned with the College’s Wellbeing Framework. Through interactions and experiences in a different, challenging environment students will have the opportunity to further develop relationships with peers, mentor teachers, House Leaders and other staff.
Igxperience has been carefully designed, through a partnership with external provider Active Ed, to gradually enhance the level of challenge and breadth of new skills that students are exposed to each year. Not only are students gaining practical competencies but they are also learning more about themselves and their classmates through problem solving, collaboration and nightly reflections.
