Day Eight We walked to Madame Tussauds, a place where there were statues made out of wax. When I first entered the building, I was astounded. The statues were so realistic, it seemed real. We looked at all the statues, there were even statues of famous people like Albert Einstein and Oprah Winfrey! After looking at everything, we went to the hotel. After a little while, we headed back outside and went to the “New Amsterdam Theatre. There, we purchased tickets for a Broadway show, Aladdin. It took a long time, but we finally got to the front of the line and received our tickets. We then walked to the theatre and found our seats; the show would begin in a few minutes. The second the show started, it seemed like colors were flying everywhere. The people onstage retold the tale of Aladdin, in a breathtaking way. There was an intermission in the middle, and we ate some snacks. When the show was over, we exited the theatre and went to the hotel. Day Nine Today was our last day on this trip. After packing everything up and giving our room keys, we drove to the airport and boarded our plane for home, sweet, home. It was a wonderful vacation.
