Moonlight Canyon Sales, Custom Homes Nearing Completion on Estate Lots Riding a wave of enthusiasm associated with the opening of the Saguaro Ranch Club, Scott Lundberg and Brian Peschel are now seeing an equally positive response from real estate sales. Longtime business partners and the development partners behind Saguaro Ranch, Lundberg and Peschel have seen an uptick in lot and home sales at Moonlight Canyon as well as in Estate Lot sales. “The sales momentum that began last fall carried through the winter and into spring,” said Scott

Designs & Interiors Great collaborators mean great results, and nothing could be truer than the work Ron Robinette and Lori Carroll have produced over the decades. Robinette, a Tucson native and University of Arizona alum with almost 40 years of experience, has more than 350 constructed projects in Southern Arizona in his portfolio. Recognized in 2021 by LuxLife Magazine as ‘Arizona’s Most Innovative Full-Service Architecture Practice’ and named to Luxe Interiors + Designs ‘Gold

The desert cottontail is found throughout Saguaro Ranch and the Sonoran Desert, especially in our brushy habitat with many hiding places. The antelope jackrabbit, which is actually a hare, inhabits the drier desert areas, including mesquite grasslands and cactus plains. In general, rabbits are smaller and have shorter ears than hares. They are born without fur and with closed eyes. Rabbits prefer to hide, rather than run, from their enemies, and prefer habitats composed of trees and shrubs, where they live in burrows dug into the soil. Hares, in contrast, are larger, and they are born fully developed with fur and open eyes. They are runners, preferring open-area habitats such as prairies, where they make their nests in small open depressions. Rabbits andharesareherbivores, feedingongrasses, owering plants, mesquite leaves, beans and cacti. Both are primarily nocturnal, but in milder temperatures may also be active during the day.
