The KZN North Coast

he stretch between the towns of Ballito and Zinkwazi Beach on the KZN north coast is only 32 kilometres long, yet within this region there are four world class 18-hole golf courses and a delightful 9-hole track. Golf Courses on the Dolphin Coast Zimbali Country Club
Designed by Tom Weiskopf, Zimbali is a hybrid 18-hole golf course being both Links and Coastal Forrest. Being an eco-conscious golf course and estate, Zimbali’s tee boxes are often situated in slightly tricky positions to avoid environmental disturbances. The first eleven holes take you over rolling hills, which present ideal vantage points from which to enjoy the magnificent views. Thereafter, holes twelve to eighteen explore the Zimbali indigenous forest.
Umhlali Country Club
Designed by Peter Matkovich, Umhlali is an 18-hole golf course which melts in to the surroundings with indigenous vegetation.
