24-HOUR POLICY Parent Communication
The “24 Hour Policy” requires parents to wait 24 hours prior to addressing any issues with the coach concerning their child’s involvement on the team. Knowledge of the appropriate manner and timeframe in which to speak to coaches is important in moving forward with a positive solution while avoiding emotional and inappropriate confrontations.
