WATER BASED / ORGANO ACID BASED RUST REMOVER Water based / Organo acid based product that removes rust, stain, scale etc.from the metal surface (ferrous / Non-Ferrous); where heating is not required. Washing with alkaline solution is recommended after removal of rust. For further rust prevention Safepack Rust Preventive Oils can be used based on the duration of protection required. KEY FEATURES Safepack Rust Remover is a superior water based / Organo acid based product. Removal of rust, stain, scales etc. from the metal surface ( ferrous / No-Ferrous) in a few minutes is easy and if required can be re-applied for better results. A perfect "surface preparation" before anodizing, painting & electro-plating. Also helps in salvaging components attacked with light / medium level rusting (Uniform / Non-uniform) on the surface. No heating arrangement required in this recommended rust removal process; thus making it simple and economical. Safe to handle. Ease of application making it a useful product for the surface preparation of heavy engineering products in Up-stream, Mid-stream & Down-stream. Light wash with alkaline solution is recommended after removal of rust.
