EVENT SCHEDULE
Event guests arrive at 5:30 p.m. for the Red Carpet Cocktail Reception. Guests will be invited to be seated at 6:30 p.m. The program kicks off at 6:40 p.m. followed by dinner and the dance competition. After the awards are announced, the dance floor will remain open with a DJ until 10 p.m.
VENUE AND PARKING
The event will take place at the Omni Nashville Hotel located at 250 5th Avenue South in Nashville. There will be limited valet parking available, and as always, multiple events happening downtown. We urge you to plan accordingly to use a ride share, car service or find alternative parking (e.g., Music City Center). Please also allow extra time as you head to the event for travel and parking.
CHECK-IN AT THE EVENT:
On Friday and also on Sunday, we will send another email with additional details about the event. Upon arrival at the event on Sunday, you will visit one of several check-in stations.
AUCTION:
We are partnering with AMFUND to bring you once in a lifetime bucket list trips! Preview the trips here, and stop by the Trip Table when you arrive to view, talk with a rep, and bid.
We also will host an online auction with a lot of other great items including jewelry, signed memorabilia, and art. Be sure to register before the event so you will be ready to bid on your favorite items!

ABOUT THE EVENT:
Dancing for Safe Haven is an interactive dance competition between local star dancers and their professional partners. Each guest will be able to vote for their favorite dancer to wine ‘audience favorite.’ A judges’ favorite award and fundraising favorite award are also given. Co-chairs of the event include Joshua Mundy, Tonya Mitchem Grindon and Beth Witte.
ABOUT SAFE HAVEN:
As guests enjoy a wonderful evening of dancing, dinner, and celebrity to benefit Safe Haven Family Shelter, we will be rising to the challenge of addressing family homelessness in our community. At the event, you will learn more about Safe Haven and how to support our mission including additional giving opportunities like our Fund-A-Need paddle raise and incredible auction. These donations made on the night of the event are crucial to our ability to serve more families in 2025!
