‫ﻣﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﻰ ﻣﻰﭘﺮﻳﻢ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺒﺎ ﺣﺎﻛﻤﺎ  ﺣﻜﻮﻣﺖﺷﻮﻧﺪﮔﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻳﻜﺪﻳﮕﺮ‬ ‫ﻣﺮﺑﻮ ﻣﻰﺷﻮ‪ .‬ﮔﺮ ﻣﻰﮔﻮﺋﻴﻢ »ﺣﺎﻛﻤﺎ « ﺑﻰﻟﻴﻞ ﻧﻴﺴﺖ؛  ﻫﺮ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ‪ ،‬ﮔﺮﻫﻰ‬ ‫ﺣﺎﻛﻢﻧﺪ‪ .‬ﺣﺘﻰ  ﺟﻮﻣﻌﻰ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﻴﻮ‪ 1‬ﻣﻜﺮﺗﻴﻚ ‪ /‬ﻣﻰﺷﻮ‪ ،‬ﻋﻠﻴﺮﻏﻢ ﺟﻮ‬ ‫ﺗﻤﺎﻣﻰ ﺷﺒﻜﻪﻫﺎ‪» 6‬ﻣﺸﺮﻋﻴﺖﺳﺎ«‪ ،‬ﮔﺮ‪ /‬ﺣﺎﻛﻢ ﺗﺎ ﺣﺪ ﻳﺎ‪» 6‬ﻗﺪ‪ «4‬ﺧﻮ  ‬
