S-5!

I studied a Bachelor of Commerce, co-majoring in Management & Marketing, I was working as an administrative assistant at a consultancy firm whilst studying, which enhanced my studies as I was able to practice this in a real-life scenario.

When I finished my degree, I was then able to easily get a job in that field as a Product Coordinator. After my first degree I went travelling around Europe which was a once in a lifetime experience. After working, I realised I had a passion for design, which I loved in school but never pursued. I decided to go back to university as I finished my degree quite young and studied a Bachelor of Design (Communication Design) (Honours). This enabled me to gain valuable insight into a field I had always dreamed of. As part of my degree, I did an internship and this opened the door for me to get better jobs in this area, rather than starting fresh with no experience. This enabled me to use both my skills and education in marketing and design, I used strategic thinking as well as my design skills in my various roles since leaving university in the Architecture and Design industry — which I found was my true passion.
