I worked as an intern for a month at Acathus architecture. I was exposed to office work environment and worked on few projects. I mostly designed the Interiors of the Residences.

The project is to design an IT Park which has 16 Floors with multilevel parking basements. It has site area of 26,468 sqm

INNOVISTA TECH HUB
An IT Park is a dedicated area designed to support the growth of the information technology industry. It provides modern infrastructure, high-speed connectivity, reliable power, and advanced facilities tailored for IT and IT-enabled services companies. Objectives include fostering innovation, attracting investments, generating employment, and promoting sustainable development.
Components include scalable office spaces, data centers, comprehensive amenities, robust security, and well-planned transportation.

HEBBAL BUS TERMINUS DESIGN

The project site is in Hebbal and is located next to the flyover. It is a traffic prone area which also has lake nearby.
The project is to design a Bus Terminus with Retail, Office and Hospitality on top with multilevel parking basements. It is a mixed use building design with site area of 33,386 sqm

Ground coverage permissible- 45% FAR- 4
HEBBAL BUS TERMINUS- A MIXED USE PROJECT
A bus terminus, also known as a bus station, is a vital component of urban transportation infrastructure that serves as the central hub for bus operations. Designing an efficient bus terminus requires meticulous planning to meet the needs of passengers, bus operators, and the surrounding community. The primary objective is to ensure passenger convenience by providing easy access, comfortable waiting areas, and clear information systems. Operational efficiency is crucial, with the design facilitating smooth bus operations, including adequate parking, efficient boarding and alighting processes, and minimal congestion. Safety and security are paramount, necessitating the implementation of robust surveillance systems, emergency facilities, and well-lit areas to protect passengers and vehicles. Accessibility is a key consideration, with designs accommodating people with disabilities through ramps, tactile paving, and accessible restrooms. Additionally, integrating the bus terminus with other modes of transportation, such as rail, metro, and taxi services, is essential to create a seamless transit experience.
