Sending a Student Back to the Student Lobby
A counselor/advisor can send a student back to the Student Lobby by clicking on a student from the My In-Box window and dragging it to the Student Lobby window. When this is done the application will allow the counselor/advisor to attached a note to the student for the receptionist to read.
FIGURE 6.3 shows how a counselor/advisor can send a student back to the Study Lobby.
FIGURE 6.4 when sending a student to the lobby, this dialog box will allow the counselor/advisor to add a message to the student for the front desk to read.
