Personal Statement Write a personal statement of about 1000 words, which is mature and self-reflective. The statement should take into account your history; creative experiences, if any; influence and aspirations; and personal artistic dreams. In this statement also describe your reasons to pursue a Diploma in Photography and briefly list your Photography & Imaging skills.

Creative Portfolio The creative portfolio is a contributing factor for admission to the Diploma in Photography course. All applicants must submit a creative portfolio that consists of fifteen (15) photographic prints of size 6�x8�. For each photograph, the applicant will provide: (a) A caption (b) Explain the idea or inspiration for making this image (max 100 words per image).

Checklist for enclosure 1. Crossed DD for Rs. 2000/- (including service tax) in favour of Sri Aurobindo Centre for Arts & Communication, payable at New Delhi.

2. 2 photographs of size: 3 x 4 cm each 3. Self attested photocopy of mark sheets of graduation and other relevant academic certificates. Admit Card / Examination Ticket, if you are appearing for your final year graduation examination.

4. Portfolio/CD/ DVD in safe folders/pouches (as specified in the Course-specific Requirement section above).

5. Attach your CV along with the form at the time of submission.

Term & Conditions 1. An application form once sold / issued in the name of a candidate cannot be returned and/or transferred.

2. SACAC reserves the right to call applicants for interview.

3. An application form should be complete in all respects.

4. Rights to admission are reserved with SACAC. 5. Fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

6. All disputes are subjects to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi Courts.
