Urban Intervention 03

Site Location: Kampar, Perak

This Urban Intervention project’s aim is to create a Folly 8m x 8m x 8m (should not be more than 64sq. meters) within the town centre of Kampar, Perak. In an attempt to undo the deterioration of public spaces in Bandar Baru Kampar caused by COVID-19, the proposal focused on the impact of walking and cycling plays on recuperative ability of safe, sustainable, and green spaces. The pandemic has further illuminated us regarding the motion connections between public urban area, social wellbeing and critical play after months of lockdown in enclosed and depressing residential spaces. The slow motion of walking andcycling gives the users more things to observe and explore It slows them down to be in the present and have meaningful social encounters. Paired with playful elements, it subsequently improves the social wellbeing of the users. Thus, playful and interactive approaches like art installations as a response to the pandemic is a new way of reshaping public spaces post COVID-19.

New Floor Plan Layout

Material And Finishes

Laminated Wooden Flooring

Laminate timber floors and a good yoga mat are needed for yoga exercise. Therefore, a yoga studio should install good laminate flooring since it is affordable economical and the finest alternative.

Wooden False Ceiling

By installing a false ceiling made of wood in a yoga studio, significant acoustic benefits are achieved. These wood panels are excellent for effectively and discretely modulating room resonance.

Rubber Gym Flooring

For high-impact activities, rubber prevents slips and falls and absorbs impact.

Steel Wall Panels

Steel wall panels with patterns are attractive for indoor use. Sleek material finish makes installation easy; structural integrity lasts 2030 years.

Concrete Finish

Concrete is adaptable, making it an ideal gym floor. It will give the area a heavy industrial look to match the steel machinery.

Material And Finishes

Conditioning of Fitness Room

1. A exercise room needs 80sqm for 20-25 users.

2. Clear room height should be 3 metres for all rooms.

3. For optimal double-row machine arrangement, room should be 6 metres wide. In the proposed site condition, double rows are not allowed.

4. The room must be 15m or less to supervise entire training.

5. The minimum room size of 40sqm is suitable for 12 users.

The Importance Of Interior Design

• Fitness centres are growing more significant as people become more health-conscious.

• A well-designed gym interior promotes environmental, human ethics, and global pursuit of good health and happiness

Tiny Architecture of KOALK 08

Site Location: Lata Kinjang, Perak

Sustainability in materials usage is crucial when involving rural development. One of the criteria in designing such development is access to local resources and affordability. Tiny architectures are often mistaken as providing a tiny home. In the case of KOALK – it is not.

For this project, Belvedere is a tiny architectural solution that is needed for the KOALK community that could promote edutourism It is a place positioned to grab the attention of a beautiful or scenic sight of Lata Kinjang. Since the location is near to the bottom of the waterfall, belvedere is built to make it easier for visitor or tourist to access the place rather than to hike up the stairs just to enjoy the view as their safety while hiking up is not guaranteed. With the creation of belvedere, it will bring attention to the user to enjoy and experience the view of the waterfall at a close proximity

Project: Measured Drawing

Site Location: Bangi, Selangor

As-Built Drawing

The objective of this project is to measure the building’s current condition. The project requires onsite fieldwork to manually measure an assigned building. A complete set of drawings of the current building on site, including plans, elevations, sections, and detail schedules, is to be produced. These drawings must be appropriately scaled to fit the similarly scaled model of the building.

Measuring Equipment

To obtain precise measurements of each building in the academy, various measuring techniques and conducts were taken. The measuring tapes and the laser distance meter were the primary tools that my team and I relied on to carry out the measurements. The measuring tape was utilized most frequently in the process of length and width measurement. The laser distance meter was eventually put to use in the measurement of heights as well as measuring at restricted and inaccessible points.

Project: Bungalow Three Storey House

Site Location: Tropicana Indah, Pekan Baru Sungai Buloh, Daerah Petaling, Selangor

For the first floor plan, I used AutoCAD to fill in the spaces with furniture and make any necessary adjustments.

Project: Interior Duplex Apartment

have been given the task of generating scenes from the 3d model that have been working on in sketchup, specifically for kitchens, yards, living rooms and bedrooms. Additionally, i have been tasked with designing 3d interiors for duplex apartment designs complete with furnishings.

In order to have a presentation that is more obvious, the rendered scenes are presented in a sequence of walkthrough views within lumion. This gives the appearance of a large image that encompasses the proposed apartment layout, both inside and outside. As a result of this effort, i have gained the ability to generate perspective renderings, which are the most effective way to present the concept of the design.
