Help shape Sabot’s future. Give
From our Reggio-inspired teaching to our passion for igniting wonder, we’ve been A Small School for Big Change for over a decade. Now, as our model has proven effective and our student body is expanding, we need your help to grow Sabot’s home.

By supporting our capital campaign, you will make possible purpose-built learning spaces for our curiosity-driven students. Their learning will be even more visible and more powerful in a new, 16,000-square-foot building with 16 classrooms. This dedicated learning space will enhance both our home and their wonder.
Our hearts believe in progress & growth. This is our foundation. And building a home that honors the beauty and vitality of what happens inside of it will lead us to an even stronger future.
I am so grateful for how deeply they see my children. Our Sabot families, and the greater Richmond community, have benefited from our founders’ courage, determination, and ability to wonder. Join us in honoring our students—past, present, and future— and those who believed in Sabot and chose to build upon its reach. With a long history of modeling best practices in education and as an early adopter of the Reggio Emilia Approach in the United States, we not only deliver a cutting-edge educational program but serve as a model and voice for educational change. Two long-standing schools—Sabot School and Stony Point School, each founded by a group of parents—joined forces in 2007, establishing our Reggio-inspired, experiential, collaborative curricula through the eighth grade.
