We are strict on our quality and fine craftsmanship and pride of ourselves on great customer satisfaction.

Each bracelet comes individually packaged. We manufacture to the highest quality but in the event there is a manufacturing defect that goes unnoticed during our quality control procedures, Sabona guarantees its products against these defects for a period of six months.

What is the difference between a copper bracelet and a magnetic bracelet?

Sabona Copper is a natural anti-inflammatory, therefore it can help relieve pain often associated with rheumatism and arthritis, as well as helping with general aches and pains.

Magnets are believed to help with general circulation thereby helping the body get more of the nutrients it needs from the blood.

What is the concept behind minus-ions, found in Sabona Athletic Bracelets & Pro-Magnetic Sport Bracelets?

Minus-ions (negative-ions) are odourless, tasteless and invisible molecules that we inhale in abundance in certain environments. Once they reach our bloodstream, negative ions are believed to produce biochemical reactions that increase levels of the mood chemical serotonin.

How long should I wear the bracelet?

Wear the bracelet constantly. Wearers report that the products provide them the most benefit when worn all the time, even at night or while washing.

Can I wear my Sabona in the shower or whilst swimming?

We recommend that you don’t wear the Sabona Athletic Bracelet while showering or swimming as the bracelet is largely made of fabric and is therefore not waterproof. All other Sabona bracelets are okay to expose to water.

When will it start to work?

Copper, magnetic & minus-ion therapies are unproven remedies in the scientific world, therefore we cannot claim that the product will work for you. Everybody is different. However some customers report that they feel benefit within a few days, others say 1-2 weeks.

Is it safe?

Sabona Copper bracelets are entirely natural and will not cause any adverse side effects.

DO NOT wear any magnetic products if you have an electrical implant such as a pacemaker, or you are pregnant. If you are in any doubt as to how this may affect a medical condition, please contact your doctor for advice.

DO NOT wear a magnetic bracelet next to a watch.

We recommend that you DO NOT wear our Sabona Support Garments over night as they may restrict blood flow.

We recommend you DO NOT use our Sabona Muscle Reviving Oil if you are pregnant.

In some rare cases, people are allergic to copper, if this happens, remove the bracelet immediately and cease wearing.

Which wrist do I need to wear the bracelet on?

It makes no difference as to which wrist you wear the bracelet or whether you have the gap on the top of the wrist or the bottom. As long as the bracelet is in constant contact with your skin, the copper will be absorbed into your body system, thereby it will be circulated throughout your body.

In the same way as you do not need to wear the bracelet at the point of pain.

Will the bracelet turn my wrist green?

Any bracelet that contains copper will leave a greenish/blackish mark on your wrist. This is the copper residue. This is actually a good sign that the copper is being transferred to your body system.

This discolouration is a natural reaction of copper and can be easily cleaned off with warm soapy water. Magnetic only bracelets will not leave any discolouration.

How do I look after my Sabona bracelet?

We recommend that you clean your bracelet regularly, approx. every 1-2 weeks to stop a build up of dirt and grime on the underside, which can cause a skin irritation if it blocks the pores. We recommend you use our Sabona Cleaning Cloth to regularly clean the bracelet, but warm soapy water and a soft cloth is usually enough. DO NOT use any abrasive material on the bracelet as this will damage the surface of the bracelet and spoil the look, especially if the bracelet is plated.

How strong are the magnets?

The magnet in each tip of Sabona Copper magnetic bracelets measures 1700 gauss Each magnet in a Sabona Executive Magnetic bracelet measures 1200 gauss Each magnet in the Professional Steel Twist bracelets measures 500 gauss The magnets contained in the Athletic Bracelets & Pro-Magnetic Sport bracelets measure1200 gauss The average magnetic bracelet on the market measures 170-200 Tesla, whereas our Sabona magnetic bracelets are 870-930 Tesla rating.

How long will my Sabona bracelet last?

We recommend that you replace our copper bracelets every 2-3 years because the copper in the bracelet will slowly wear away.

Magnetic bracelets do not have a ‘shelf-life’, therefore it is down to you as to if/when you want to replace the bracelet.

Q: A:

Which bracelet is better – a copper bracelet or plated bracelet?

There is no difference between the copper, silver plated or gold plated bracelet because all 3 are solid copper bracelets but the plating is on the outside surface only (for decorative effective) so the copper is still visible on the underside.
