1900 Company established by Joseph Webber, to sell lighting appliances and electrical accessories.

1961

PIFCO were almost exclusively manufacturing and distributing electrical appliances and accessories.

1902

Public company formed as Provincial Incandescent Fittings Co.

1949

The name was officially shortened to PIFCO.

PIFCO manufactured many appliances, including teasmades, fairy lights, torches, lamps, desk fans, hair clippers, hair dryers, multimeters, trouser presses and a hand held massager.

1991

2003

Licensed to various homeware businesses.

PIFCO purchased Russell Hobbs Tower.

2000

PIfco acquired Haden, the electrical appliances group.

2001

Salton Group, a US company making domestic appliances, acquired PIFCO.

2020

Re-launch of the PIFCO brand in Autumn.

Sabichi Homewares acquired PIFCO.
