Architectural documentation

• Pool project

This building, located in Iran, was a project where I contributed as a member of the architectural design team and served as the architectural BIM modeler. The model was developed to LOD 350, incorporating all required details. One of the primary challenges was addressing the diverse dry and wet spaces within the design. The ground floor features two pools, Turkish hammams, a sauna, a steam room, a jacuzzi, and several management and service areas. Additionally, the first floor includes a gym. Further details of this project are presented on the following pages.

This page showcases a portion of a renovation project in which I worked as both an interior architect and BIM modeler. The kitchen cabinets were designed following ergonomic standards to optimize functionality. This spacious kitchen includes distinct areas for a cold kitchen, hot kitchen, pantry, and bar.

A key feature of this model is the parametric design of all components, including cabinets and doors. Various cabinet and door types were created as parametric families, allowing for easy customization and enabling final design adjustments based on the client’s preferences.

• Classic facade Facades

This classic facade was designed and modeled using Revit. The project includes detailed connection drawings, highlighting the precision of the design. The favcade features a travertine stone finish, cut into intricate shapes and installed using dry steel connections secured to the building’s structural elements.

all the connections including steel connections and rebars are modeled for this project.

Facades

• Parametric facade

This office building in Iran was designed with the goal of creating a distinctive facade that stands out in its busy district. The facade features cubic modular patterns arranged in varied rotations, each secured with a core rod. Locally sourced brick was used as a cost-effective material, lending its warm reddish hue, which contrasts strikingly with the blue tones of copper elements. This bold color combination creates a captivating visual effect that draws the attention of passersby.

This facade was initially modeled in Revit, starting with a massing model to which cubic elements were added on surface segments. For the area beneath the windows, customized panels were created by modifying curtain wall panels in the Revit family editor and then loading them into the project. The final render, shown on this page, was produced using Enscape. Both the modeling and rendering of this project were completed by me.

03 Facades

These are additional facade projects that I designed and modeled in Rhino and Revit, with all rendering completed by me in Lumion.

Interior Architecture 04

• Children’s music center

In this project, I served as the interior architect and was responsible for all design aspects. I modeled the project in Rhino, and the renderings were completed in Lumion, with additional post-processing in Adobe Photoshop. The following pages showcase the graphical documents I produced for the client presentation. Additionally, I created an animation for this project in Lumion, which is available in the link below.

On the following pages, you’ll find examples of my interior work for residential projects. These spaces were modeled in Revit, and the renders were produced in Enscape. Each render was created to provide clients with a clear visual of the design before the start of construction.

Structural BIM Modelling

• Structural phases

This residential complex, located in Iran, consists of 6 floors. I was involved in the construction process as the BIM modeler, responsible for modeling structural and architectural disciplines in Revit 2023. On this page, you can find the progression of structural phases for “Reinforced concrete structure”.

Bottom left to right: excavation, foundation, columns, beams, joists, and floors, with post walls displayed at the top.

Excavation

During the excavation phase, a retaining structure was constructed to prevent soil runoff, and piles were installed to stabilize the sloped soil at the site. In the foundation phase, this temporary retaining structure was removed, leaving only the piles in place underground for ongoing support.
