Moas staff moved into our offices at the end of April. Moas’ Real estate manager is Tero Tuhkanen, Rental Supervisor and Housing Advisor Marjut Rapo, Ani Rantalainen works as Accounting Secretary and Dusko Cuckovic as Tenant Secretary. Fault report You can request for maintenance service by filling in a fault report online. Maintenance work is carried out on weekdays 8:00–16:00. Urgent fault reports should be submitted directly to the maintenance service by telephone.

Mikalo Ltd. is a rental housing company, which is established in 1972 and owned by the City of Mikkeli. The company offers rental apartments to Mikkeli residents on a cost basis. The levels of rents are determined once a year. In addition to reasonable rents, Mikalo Oy provides its residents with high-quality apartments and high-quality resident services. Tenant selection is carried out in accordance with official regulations and guidelines. Mikalo has over 3,000 apartments all over Mikkeli. Nearly 10% of Mikkeli residents live in Mikalo apartments. MOAS, Mikkeli Student Housing Ltd, is a 100% owned limited liability company of the City of Mikkeli, established in 1975. The company’s field of business is to own and manage and build apartments. The company rents out apartments it owns and manages to students and other young people studying in post-comprehensive school institutions as dwellings.
Note! The fee of opening the apartment door service will be invoiced afterwards. Mikkelin Asumisoikeus Ltd. is a company owned by the City of Mikkeli. The company owns and manages 15 housing sites throughout the City of Mikkeli. Apartments can be found in all sizes, from a studio apartment to large family apartments. Right-of-occupancy apartments are a real option when you want to live in owner-occupied housing at a reasonable cost instead of renting. You pay only 15% of the price of the dwelling as a right-pf-occupancy fee and you own the right to the apartment for life. When you want to give up your apartment, we will cash it back from you.
