Location Platonos 13 ,Thessaloniki Zip code 54631 Greece Getting to the apartment from the Airport - By TAXI There is a taxi station outside the Arrivals terminal.

Fare is aprox. 15€ -20€.

Duration : 15-25 minutes depending on traffic.

- By City Bus There is a bus station outside the Arrivals terminal.

Bus to city center is number 01X. Bus ticket costs 2€/person and needs to be purchased on site before getting on the bus. There is also a ticket machine on the bus, which only accepts coins and gives no change.

Duration : 30-50 minutes depending on traffic.

Bus stop to the apartment : “PLATIA ARISTOTELOUS” on Egnatia Str. The apartment is in a 2-minute walking distance.

ARRIVAL

Check in - Check out Check-in from 15:00 in the afternoon.

Check out until 11:00 in the morning.

Possible early check-in or late check-out needs to be pre-arranged up to a day before and is subject to availability.

Arrival - Checking in between 15:00-21:00, Monday to Friday Please refer to the Pharmacy store located on the same address, next to the building entrance.

You will be greeted and given the keys personally from one of us working there :) - Checking in after 21:00, Monday to Friday or on weekends

Locate the keybox shown in the photo, by the Pharmacy entrance. The opening code is 1301. Enter the code and collect the keys. Kindly turn the code to 0000 once you lock the keybox.

USEFUL INFORMATION

- WiFi Network : Groundfloor01 Password : Groundfloor01 You will be able to connect upon arrival by scanning a QR code located in the apartment.

- Hot water is available 24/7.

- The A/C operates with sensors and only works with the window closed.

- The heating is regulated through a thermostat by the bathroom door.

1. Press the round button.

2. Turn the button to your preferred temperature.

3. Press the round button again to confirm.

- Door buzzer You may receive deliveries or buzz a fellow guest in. The doorbell by the entrance for this apartment is under the name “PLATONOS 01”.

- You may use the washing machine and/or tumble dryer during your stay. You can scan the QR code sticker on the machine to check the manual in several languages.

HOUSE RULES

- Quiet hours 15:00-17:30 & 23:00-07:00 We are very mindful of our neighbours. During these hours you are kindly requested to keep noise to the minimum.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and in all parts of the building.

- No parties or gatherings are allowed.

- Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment.

- No pets allowed.

- Please do not throw papers in the toilet. You are kindly requested to use the bin.

AREA INFORMATION

PARKING There are designated surrounding streets where visitors are allowed to park for a specific time, depending on the day of the week.

You may pay for parking by downloading and using the App ParkPal or by following instructions on the street signs.

Most surrounding streets are meant for residents only and are designated accordingly.

There is a parking garage right across the street.

Vikas Garage - Agias Sofias 45 You may ask for availability and rates.

The garage closes at 21:00 on weekdays and at 14:00 on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays.

LUGGAGE STORAGE In case of an early arrival or a late departure you may store your luggage in the neighborhood.

“CITY LOCKERS” is located just down the street, 20 meters from the apartment, at Platonos 1 str.

CHECK OUT

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS - You may check out until 11:00 in the morning.

- Please turn off all devices and lights.

- Please switch off the heating, if switched on.

- Please close the window, if opened.

- Check for any left personal items.

- You are kindly requested to dispose of any garbbage.

- During business hours please leave the key to us in the Pharmacy store next door.

- At all other hours please place the key in the keybox entering the code 1301 and then turn the numbers to 0000.
