The two developments close to each other are amongst the first buildings you see as you drive from Chesterfield out to the Peak District along Chatsworth Road, an important arterial route, and help create an attractive prosperous gateway and over the last few years this area now looks and feels very different. Tim’s previously commented “The Hanger is our second development on Chatsworth Road and follows the success we have achieved at 131 Chatsworth Road. We are very pleased to have attracted a variety of quality tenants whose positive attitudes to make their businesses a success have really fuelled my appetite to build our latest development further along the road - signifying another important element of Chatsworth Road’s renaissance.” It has to be said that this renaissance continues apace, there are still brown field sites along Chatsworth Road and it can only be hoped that future schemes can be developed and funded to bring additional attractive solutions to these areas that continue to add to the appeal of Chatsworth Road.
