PLASTIC Almost all plastics are made from chemicals that come from the production of planet-warming fuels (gas, oil and even coal). Plastic ‘lives’ for hundreds of years and releases horrible toxins into the atmosphere. 79 per cent of the plastic produced over the last 70 years has been thrown away, into landfill sites or into environment. Just nine per cent is recycled and the rest incinerated. Incineration itself also adds onto air pollution as it’s the process of burning releasing fumes into the atmosphere.
More than 8 million tonnes of plastic goes into the ocean every year. Researchers estimate that there will be more plastic than fish by 2050. Sea creatures can get tangled in plastic or mistake it for food and the effects are often fatal.

Imagine just living in your home but then because of the rising of global warming, that you are creating, your house begins to melt away into nothing. Polar bears, being canivores, had to eat up to 60% Some people may think that it’s just ice and it doesnt more than anyone had realised. They are high energy beasts that matter if it melts. If the ice keeps on melting like it burn around 12,325 calories a day does many islands will be underwater within 50which means that most polar bears 60 years. That means many islands would be either will starve to death due to the rise completly under water or almost underwater and of climate change and melting of sea most countries will start to become underwater and many people will lose their homes because of the rise ice. Antarticas ice melts by 14% each decade due to the incraese of cliin seas water will take out the places closest to the mate change. There is about 770,000 coast. The ice from the antartic is very vital to our square miles less than there was in servival, the Antarctic ice deflects some of the suns 1981 to 2010, its not 2020 so there rays keeping eath a livable and if we keep poluting and making globing warming rise the ice will keep on is not 14% less than what there was melting at high rates and then wont be able to defelct back in 2010. StopTheAnimalTesting! What is animal testing you may ask? Animal testing is when scientist use animals, that are closest to humans in DNA, to test either new medicin or a new vaccine and then once they have injected the new medicin or new vaccine they will wait and study the animal to see how it would react or if it will kill it just so they can improve the medicine and then test that on a new animal. But it is 2020 people there must be ways to test the medicine or vaccine without having to tourcher the animals and put them through something that no living thing shoudl go
through. We should also stop animal testing becuase alot of humans can be harmed due to misleading animal testing as they have tested it on the animals and it will still be uncertain. So why are we still doing animal testing? The answer is simple, we dont know why we carry this on. Right noe millions of mice, rats, rabbits, primates, cats, dogs and other animals are locked inside of barren cages in labratories across the country. They languish in pain, suffer from extream frustraition, ache with loneliness, and long to be free.

Instead, all they can do is sit and wait in fear for the next terrifying and painful procedure that will be performed on them. The complete lack of environmental enrichment and the stress of their living situation cause some animals to develop neurotic types of behavior such as incessantly spinning in circles, rocking back and fourth, pulling out their own fur, and even biting themselves. After eduring a life of pain, loneliness, and terror, almost all of them will be killed instead of being releaded to live out the rest of their days without the pain and agony.

Some children may dream about running away to join the circus, unlike the animals forced into the business dream about running away from it. Colourful pageantry disguises the fact that animals used in circuses are captives who are forced, under threat of punishment, to perform confushing, uncomftortable, repetitiuos, and pften painful acts. Circuses would quickly lose their appeal if more people knew about the cruel methods used to train the animals. For elephants they typically get them when they are babies so they can train the baby at an early age. They would tie down the elephant to the ground so it could not run or escape and they would train the baby to do these tricks by using force and abuse, once the elephant has learnt that it can not escape and if it tried it would get abused. The people working the circus would no longer need to waist time on making sure that the elephant is tied down securely they would just tie the elephant down to a normal chair and because it is implemented into their brains that they are tied down that they can not esscape. For lions and tigers they would use a whip to train the animal and this would lead to the animal with many open scars that could get infected and wont be treated, once they have trained the lion or tiger the circus would still use the whip in the shows to scare the lion or tiger to do what is has been training for. These cruel ways wont be for every circus out there but most still use this way to train their animals.

Oil spill is the leakage of petroleum onto the suface of a large body of water. Oceanic oil spills has been a major enviromental problem since 1960 . The total quantity of oil released annually into the world’s oceans exceeding one million metric tons.
Oil spills can damage a local fishing business. It can also affect birds/sea birds in the near by area of the spill. In 2010 the oil spill was 17x larger than the 1989 exxon valdez off spill.

Effects of Waste: The build up of waste can block emergency access or escape routes and movement around places. Waste accumulates fire hazards if it is ignited accidently or purposly. Vehicles collecting waste materials can also cause a hazard.

POACHERS Poaching is the illegal hunting or capturing of wild animals. Everyday hundreds of aniamls belonging in emdangered species lose their lives in result of poaching all over the world. This is due to the lack of enforcement on the lands and the corrupt government in areas this takes place. Poachers torture animals for their skin, fur and horns. Poaching is disturbing for the environment leaving long term effects and can damage the economy. Poaching is concidered one of the biggest threat to the survival of plants and animal populations. The laws on poaching vary through countries depending on the governmants restrictions.
